The thing that really sets our bricks apart is the type of glaze we employ.  It is a matt finish which is not as heavy as glazes utilised in Australia.  This gives a more durable coating which while not as glossy will not suffer micro-cracking as is often the case with a heavier, glossier glaze.  As a result, you can count on your glazed bricks looking beautiful many years into the future.

Today, the MAPLESA facility utilises highly precise, automated processes to coat and fire this Brick type. The results is a refined, consistent gloss surface, applied during the robotic firing process. These Bricks or Brick Tiles feature highly precise dimension with a thorough glossy coverage.
